Rare Bird Senior Care, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and website visitors. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

 We may collect personal information including but not limited to names, contact information, health-related details, and billing information necessary for providing our services. We use appropriate security measures to protect this information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Transportation

The use of the service provider’s vehicle for transportation will be billed at $0.50 cents per mile.

Provider and Client agree that in the event of an auto accident during transportation, Provider shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries suffered by Client, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Provider.

Cancellation Policy

Client Agrees to Provide at least 48 hours advance cancellation notice. Failure to provide notice will result in a $100 late cancellation fee.
